The Challenge

To keep a family safe following violent threats. Business advice was given based on years of experience with best intentions. Markets can move down as well as up and the timing resulted in losses for a client (of our client). They held our client responsible.

The Solution

We discussed lifestyle issues of when the Intruder Alarm System would be armed (when the property was unoccupied and at night when returning to bed). Having a ‘Police Response’ was an important part in the security solution. Portable Hold Up (Personal Attack) Buttons formed part of the solution which were live 24/7.

The Impact

Having considered moving house, our client had sufficient comfort of knowing that a Hold Up Alert or an Intruder Alarm trigger would receive a Police Response. They remained in their family home.
