CCTV Surveillance – Commercial Building

The Challenge

As a public building with visitor access throughout the day and possible vandalism, damage or break-in. The requirement was to have the ability to view and review any events live and post-incidents.

The Solution

After consultation with the Main Contractor, the Client and the Police we installed a CCTV System using high performance Day/Night (colour/monochrome) cameras with infra red LED illuminators for night time vision record and storing images for 30 days.

The Impact

The Client was very pleased with the installation and the quality of the solution and performance of the CCTV System.

CCTV

The Challenge

Fly tipping of waste on service roads, disrupting business deliveries.  Having alerted the Authorities of the problem the furniture manufacturer were not able to take any action without evidence on who the offenders may be.

The Solution

Following the security review and discussions with the Client, the solution was to install a CCTV Surveillance and Recording System.  This acted as a deterrent against repeat ‘dumping’ and provides video evidence of the type of vehicles using the service roads.

Time was of the essence and from survey to installation was within 2 weeks.

The Impact

Our customer feels that they have taken control of a situation where they were a ‘victim’.

Private House

The Challenge

Following a life-endangering arson attack that destroyed a car and set fire to the house, questions were asked if it were possible to return to the family home.

The Solution

Having met with the Client and listened to concerns it was recommended that CCTV Surveillance Cameras with Digital Video Recording of images be installed to deter and capture recorded images of any person approaching the house and drive.

The Impact

The CCTV solution provided ‘peace of mind’ sufficiently restoring confidence for the family to return to their home.

The Challenge

Break in to the premises and staff cars, plus vandalism to the building were unwelcome distractions from running a business.

The Solution

After a meeting with the Client and a good understanding of the ‘Challenge’, CCTV Surveillance Cameras were installed around the perimeter of the building, with internal cameras in key locations.  All were continuously recording with display CCTV monitors giving daytime information of vehicle and people movements around the building and car park.

The Impact

The CCTV System proved its worth following a burglary.  Images of an intruder were captured at the time of the break-in and were passed onto the authorities.

Primary School, Maidstone

The Challenge

As a proactive school concerned about potential access to children from unwanted visitors, there was an identified need to secure multiple points of access into the school.  These points of access were typically doors, each of which could be easily opened from the outside.

The Solution

Following the initial free appraisal, Brook Security designed and installed door access security solutions that allowed entry only to personnel equipped with ID swipe tags.   The system installed has the added security of allowing individual personnel access at certain times of the day, limiting individual personnel if required.

From concept to completion the project was completed in 6 weeks.

The top priority for the school was to have a fast and efficient installation all completed within the Christmas holiday period.  Brook Security committed to the required timescales.

The Impact

The installation of the Access Control System was carried out on time and to budget.
