I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the excellent service we received from you this week.

Our old mechanical door lock became unreliable last week. As a Primary School, security is obviously a paramount importance to us. After a quick 'phone call to Terry at Brook Security' we had agreed a new electronic lock system and Colin arrived to fit it 2 working days later.

Fitting the system to a busy school entrance and small office is not easy, but Colin was really helpful, polite and obviously took pride in his work. He put up with being interrupted and moved with very good grace.
