Over the past six years I have been with RBLI, we have developed a good working relationship with not only yourself but all members of your team, the service is always first rate and delivered on time, as is the shop staff. We have commissioned two intruder alarm systems and the engineers attending have always been punctual, polite and patient with all the different types of staff we have here at RBLI some of whom have some difficulties, the Engineers always try and accomodate these needs without fuss. Both these alarm projects were delivered on time, to the agreed time scales and work with minimum disruption. We can always find a cheaper or lower specified product, but at the end of the day cheap is not always the best and you have always steered us in the right direction! I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the excellent service we received from you this week. Our old mechanical door lock became unreliable last week. As a Primary School, security is obviously a paramount importance to us. After a quick 'phone call to Terry at Brook Security' we had agreed a new electronic lock system and Colin arrived to fit it 2 working days later. Fitting the system to a busy school entrance and small office is not easy, but Colin was really helpful, polite and obviously took pride in his work.
