Changing address

 If You would like Us to transfer Your agreement to a new address, You will have to inform Us in writing stating the new address. We shall send You a new agreement for You to sign and once signed We will close Your old account and open a new account. Your registration will be transferred.

 

Telephone and Email address

You agree that We may communicate with You via telephone, SMS messenger or by email if You have supplied Your telephone number or email address.  We may monitor and record all email, SMS messages and telephone calls for training, security and customer service purposes. We may use this data for the purposes of resolving queries and disputes that may arise from time to time.

We take measures to ensure that any information supplied is kept secure. As this is the case, We may require proof of identity before We can allow You access to Your personal information.

You agree that the We may correspond to You by email even though it is not encrypted and may not be secure.
