Maintenance and Monitoring Package

Maintenance of an Audible (Bells Only) System

We offer an Annual Maintenance Contract for all Audible Intruder Alarm Systems that are either originally installed by Brook Security or have been Taken-Over by Brook Security.  Every Audible Intruder Alarm System that is covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract will have one service/insepction visit to fully inspect the system and will be covered for Engineer Call-Out 24 hours of the day 365 days of the year.  All newly installed equipment is guaranteed for 12 months and if any faults occur thereafter parts will be chargeable but no labour charge (not including acts of god, damage or misuse).

Maintenance of Monitored System (Systems connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre)

Annual Maintenance and Monitoring is available if Insurance Company or Customer requires a connection to our Alarm Receiving Centre and Keyholder/Police response.  All Monitored Systems are Maintained as above but with two service/inspection visits per year.
