CCTV Maintenance Definition

MAINTENANCE DEFINITION FOR CCTV SYSTEM

A. The Annual Maintenance includes periodic service visits to:

Check operaiton of CCTV System.
Areas viewed by Cameras/Focus of Cameras
Camera connections/leads/terminations.
Infra Red Illumination (if installed).
External Detection Devices (movement triggers if installed).
Functionality of Camera Switcher/Multiplexer.
Recording and Replay of Analogue Recorder/Digital Recorder.
Networking of Digital Recorder (if networked).
Monitor Picture Display.
Recorded Media – Tapes/CD’s, including storage.
Cleaning of Camera Lenses or Housings.

B. Emergency /Fault Response.

Telephone support for technical matters.
Engineer attendance to site same day/next working day.
Loan equipment for repairs up to one month (not including replacement parts or repairs outside Warranty).

C. Exclusions Under Maintenance Cover:

All calls resulting from damage/misuse of System.
Equipment out of Warranty.
Video Heads
Infra Red Lamps.
Networking faults over other Networks (normally I.T.).-
Tapes and Back Up Media.

All of the items listed under C will be chargeable at current rates.
