Domestic Burglar Alarms

With a home burgled every two minutes of the day, Brook Security provide a wide range of tailor-made Home Security Systems (Intruder Alarms) to help secure homes, families and personal possessions.

By catering for individual requirements we are able to install easy to use, bespoke equipment which complies with the current British/European Standards - Grade 2 and Grade 3 installation of Burglar Alarm Systems.

Detection Devices - We offer a range of infra red detectors to suit all domestic situations (including Pet Sensors to allow pets up to a certain weight to be in the room whilst the alarm is set but not activate the alarm).  Door Contact Switches and Vibration Sensors. The systems we install are available either hardwired or wireless security alarm.

Smoke Detectors can be installed as a smoke alarm incorporating a fire system within the burglar alarm.

Personal Attack Button can be installed in fixed locations around the property which are live 24 hours a day or wireless portable versions on wirefree burglar alarms which can be carried similar to a cordless phone.

Control Equipment operated by a digital keypad (pin number), proximity tag or radio keyfob.

Speech Dialler is a popular choice of equipment installed which, rather than relying on the outside sounder to attract attention, will ring or text a combination of ten different numbers (including mobile phones) to alert people you know and trust to investigate the activation of your alarm. 

Sounders/Strobes - All systems are installed including internal sounders and external sounders/strobes for audible and visual warning of intrusion. 

Remote Signalling - This links your Intruder Alarm System to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) where upon an alarm signal is relayed to keyholders and confirmed activations are notified to the Police.  We currently provide the following Remote Signalling option:

All of the Intruder Alarm Systems that Brook Security Limited install are provided with an NSI Certificate (which may be required by your Insurance Company if this is a condition of their content cover).
